What You'll Be Doing:
· Delivering a world-class customer experience over phone, text, email, chat, and in-person.
· Using ServiceTitan to schedule service appointments and installations.
· Answering inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions.
· Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
· Communicating clearly and compassionately to help customers feel heard and supported.
· Collaborating with field technicians and other departments to get the job done right.
· Documenting customer interactions and updating records in our system.
· Assisting with various general office and administrative tasks as needed to support day-to-day operations.
· Handling light cashier duties, including processing transactions for customers that purchase items over the counter.
What We're Looking For:
· Previous experience in customer service or as a dispatcher preferred.
· Previous experience using ServiceTitan a plus (but we'll train the right person)!
· A confident, calm, and kind communicator.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
· Ability to multitask and handle high volumes of customer inquiries.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as a team.
· Must be comfortable using computers, CRM systems, Outlook, Excel, Word, and other digital tools.
