Job Description
Compensation is based on a $3 tip credit. Employees have an opportunity to get paid more then their hourly wage based on the overall stores performance with a tip pool contributed to by customers when placing orders. $3 of your hourly wage is a tip credit. If the tip credit does not meet the hourly wage your pay will be adjusted to ensure your wage never falls below the expected total hourly wage including tips.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service and product information to customers.
  • Resolve service and product issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and a pleasant user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer service and product inquiries to attract potential customers.
  • Recommend additional services and products based on customer needs.
  • Maintain and update customer records accurately.
  • Clarify and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Determine the root cause of issues and provide adequate solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to analyze information and resolve conflicts.
  • Proficient in documentation and maintaining customer records.
  • Passion for providing top-notch customer service.

Plus:

  • Tips compensated as portion of pay where pay will never be below the hourly pay rate for the position but could be more. Hourly rate is $3 less where the remaining is tips. If tips are less then $3 the difference will be made up to ensure the pay rate is not less then posted for the position.
  • Incentive program- eligible after 90 days and if qualified for the pay period each hour worked will be compensated an additional $1 an hour for that pay period.
