Job Description

System Service & Engineering is a Full Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Services company that works on commercial facilities throughout Northwest Florida.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Customer Service / Data Entry Coordinator to join our growing MEP team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment, providing excellent customer service, and supporting daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer and client phone calls professionally
  • Create and manage service tickets/work orders
  • Assist with permit applications and tracking
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain records
  • Support office operations and administrative tasks
  • Communicate with technicians, customers, and internal departments
  • Maintain organized documentation and files
  • Cross-train to assist with billing and dispatching functions over time

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service and/or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Schedule

  • Monday – Friday
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • 100% in office
