Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to assist customers with order placement, inquiries, and issue resolution. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
  • Process customer orders, changes, and returns with accuracy
  • Provide product and service information, answering customer questions and concerns
  • Work closely with sales, operations, and warehouse teams to ensure order fulfillment and on-time delivery
  • Handle customer complaints and issue resolution while maintaining a positive customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system
  • Assist in coordinating deliveries, tracking shipments, and updating customers as needed
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and suggest process improvements

What You Bring to the Table

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience: 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in food distribution or logistics
Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (Required)
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams
Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and find solutions quickly
Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately process orders and maintain records
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Gmail, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), and CRM systems
