🔧 What You’ll Do
As a CSR/ Dispatcher at FGS, you’ll be responsible for:
- Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently based on location, skillset, route optimization, and job urgency.
- Manage incoming service requests from fleet customers via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Utilize Service Titan to track job progress, update work orders, order and receive inventory, and communicate with technicians in real time.
- Monitor job completion times and proactively address delays or issues.
- Maintain clear communication with fleet managers and customers, providing updates on service appointments.
- Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
- Manage inventory counts and ensure accurate stock levels by conducting regular physical counts; coordinate with vendors to purchase materials and maintain optimal inventor levels.
- Handle urgent scheduling adjustments and troubleshoot problems as they arise.
- Maintain close communication with leadership to resolve complex issues or seek assistance with scheduling to ensure business continuity.

We’re looking for someone who brings:
- Previous dispatching experience in the auto-glass, automotive, or service industry preferred but not needed.
- Proficiency in ServiceTitan or similar field service management software preferred but not needed.
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency and professionalism.
- Basic knowledge of auto-glass repair is a plus but not required.
