We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to join our skilled and dedicated team. You’ll be part of a close-knit crew that takes pride in craftsmanship, safety, and delivering outstanding customer service.

🔧 What You’ll Do

As a CSR/ Dispatcher at FGS, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently based on location, skillset, route optimization, and job urgency.
  • Manage incoming service requests from fleet customers via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Utilize Service Titan to track job progress, update work orders, order and receive inventory, and communicate with technicians in real time.
  • Monitor job completion times and proactively address delays or issues.
  • Maintain clear communication with fleet managers and customers, providing updates on service appointments.
  • Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
  • Manage inventory counts and ensure accurate stock levels by conducting regular physical counts; coordinate with vendors to purchase materials and maintain optimal inventor levels.
  • Handle urgent scheduling adjustments and troubleshoot problems as they arise.
  • Maintain close communication with leadership to resolve complex issues or seek assistance with scheduling to ensure business continuity.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • Previous dispatching experience in the auto-glass, automotive, or service industry preferred but not needed.
  • Proficiency in ServiceTitan or similar field service management software preferred but not needed.
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency and professionalism.
  • Basic knowledge of auto-glass repair is a plus but not required.
