Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and account details.
- Schedule in-clinic and on-farm calls utilizing our clinic software and Google Calendar
- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues while maintaining a high level of courtesy and professionalism.
- Document customer interactions, updates, and resolutions in internal systems.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when needed.
- Follow established procedures to ensure consistent service and compliance with company standards.
- Support team goals by contributing to a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and share feedback with leadership.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, retail, or a related role is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with local geography and able to read a map.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent listening skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort using computers, CRM systems, and standard business software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
