Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (40 hours/week, occasional flex based on business needs)

Hill Bros Logistics is looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the vital link between our customers, drivers, and operations team. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems in real time, and wants to grow their career in logistics.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate Appointments: Set and reschedule pickup and delivery appointments, balancing customer needs with driver availability
- Communicate Proactively: Keep customers in the loop with truck arrivals, ETAs, and load updates via phone and email
- Manage Data & Systems: Enter load information accurately in real time and keep customer profiles current and error-free
- Maintain Customer Profiles: Build out detailed facility information, directions, gate codes, and special requirements so drivers have what they need
- Support EDI Accuracy: Audit EDI transactions and help resolve system errors quickly
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required
- Entry-level friendly — we'll provide training
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; comfortable learning new software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Valid driver's license for occasional travel
