Job Description

Essential Functions
As a Customer Service Representative Intern, you’ll be the friendly face of Bank Five Nine, supporting our customers each day by accurately and enthusiastically handling a variety of teller transactions. We’re looking for team players who enjoy connecting with people, listen closely to understand customer needs, and take pride in finding ways to help make our customers’ lives better.

What You’ll Bring (Must Haves)

  • Active participation in a high school careers program or Youth Apprenticeship Program
  • Basic keyboarding skills and comfort navigating a Windows-based environment

What Will Set You Apart (Preferred)

  • Six months or more of related in-person customer service experience
  • Previous cash-handling experience
