Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent attention to detail and organization

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service, call center, administrative, or office support roles

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service inquiries via phone, email, and in person

Assist customers with account updates, policy changes, billing questions, and general service requests

Accurately document all interactions and updates within internal systems and CRM tools

Follow established workflows and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency

Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor

Coordinate with sales, service, and leadership teams to support customer needs

Review accounts for accuracy and completeness and flag issues when necessary

Help maintain high customer satisfaction, retention, and service quality standards
