Job Summary

Hopkins Propane, a Meritum Energy Holdings company in Stigler, OK, is seeking a motivated customer service representative. The Customer Service Representative will interact with customers by proactively addressing inquiries and resolving customer concerns in addition to providing service to customers at the bottle dock station. Our Customer Service Representatives are committed to Service, Efficiency and Safety.



Duties/Responsibilities:




  • Interacts with customers via telephone, email, or in person to provide support and information on products or services and serves as a liaison between customers and the company

  • Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services

  • Forwards customer questions and concerns to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff

  • Field customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff

  • Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers problems and concerns

  • Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments

  • Performs other related duties as assigned
