Are you looking for a career, not a job?  Then come work for Neat Companies!  We have been in business for over 50 years in Dunnville, KY.  We are hiring a Customer Service Representative with excellent problem solving and customer service skills to help our dealers and end users.



 



Duties:




  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution

  • Provides pricing, product information and delivery information to store personnel as well as taking orders and upselling as the opportunity arises

  • Processes warranty claims, special orders and RMA’s in a timely manner

  • Records all calls and communications with customer in the business system, while monitoring the customer care in-box

  • Other duties as assigned



 



Requirements:




  • Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to display tact, diplomacy, and calmness while interacting with customers and co-workers

  • Above average computer skills, with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel

  • Ability to pick up new skills and industry knowledge quickly, with an eagerness to learn more about the company & the reason behind each step of the job

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to multi-task

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Communicate clearly via telephone and computer

  •  Prolonged sitting, occasional bending/stooping, pushing/pulling and twisting

  • Occasional light lifting and carrying up to 10 to 20 pounds
