Description

Pine Hall Brick is seeking a professional and experienced customer service representative. This position demands excellent customer service and communication skills, the ability to explain and sell the company’s products and services and the ability to meet and exceed company goals. The Customer Service Representative will work as part of a team to make PHB easy to do business with and the preferred choice of contractors and homeowners for all their masonry needs.

Requirements

  • Order entry, order inquires.
  • Account maintenance and working with the outside sales representative.
  • Previous customer service or inside sales experience preferred.
  • Experience working with ERP systems – (Microsoft Dynamics a plus).
  • Provide efficient, friendly, knowledgeable service to all customers at all times.
  • Work with all other staff to meet the customer needs.
  • Answer the telephone in a timely manner and return all calls from voicemail.


Educational, Experience, & Skill Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years directly related to business experience.
  • Excellent practical math and strong computer skills in order entry and Microsoft preferred.
  • Organizational skills required and the ability to communicate professionally with individuals from all backgrounds, be a team player and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.


Physical Requirements

  • Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, see and hear.
  • Must be able to at least lift 20 lbs.
  • Hardhat required when in the manufacturing plant.
