Premier Cooperative is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in our Mt. Horeb location. This role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the daily operations of the location across multiple divisions. The CSR plays a key role in ensuring efficient transactions, strong customer relationships, and smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Provide prompt, friendly, and professional service to all customers
- Assist customers with orders, product questions, and account inquiries
- Accurately take orders and ensure timely processing
- Address complaints or concerns and escalate as needed
- Promote cooperative programs, services, and customer participation
Operations & Office Support
- Maintain organized and efficient office operations and filing systems
- Ensure adequate inventory of tickets, forms, and office supplies
- Keep work areas clean, professional, and organized
Recordkeeping & Transactions
- Accurately enter invoices, payments, and financial transactions
- Process accounts receivable and ensure timely customer invoicing
- Assist with accounts payable, invoice verification, and coding
- Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, and inventory
- Prepare reports and documentation as required
Safety & Compliance
- Follow all company, local, state, and federal regulations
- Support safety initiatives and identify workplace hazards
- Maintain compliance with credit policies and procedures
