Job Description

Recreation Customer Service Representative - Tennis Center (part-time, evenings and weekends)

JOB SUMMARY:

  • Processing registration for lessons, clinics and memberships for the Mount Pleasant Tennis Center.
  • Must be able to interact with the public, answer questions & provide information for all Tennis activities, to include scheduling courts in person and via telephone in a fast paced environment.
  • Must be able to exert 40 lbs. of force occasionally & frequently lift, carry, push, pull or move objects with negligible amount of force.
  • Employee is also required to perform all similar or related functions.
  • Requires Saturdays and Sundays and possible weekday evenings.
  • This is a part-time position.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or GED and one year of related experience;
  • Or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
  • Must also possess excellent computer skills and be familiar with operating modern office equipment.
