Position Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional support to customers through inbound phone calls, email, and account assistance. You will answer customer questions, process orders, resolve concerns, and help create a positive customer experience with every interaction.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping customers, learning new systems, and working in a team-oriented environment.


What You'll Do

  • Answer high-volume inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
  • Assist customers with orders, product information, pricing, promotions, and shipping inquiries
  • Update customer accounts accurately
  • Resolve customer questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously
  • Meet customer service and performance goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
  • Support retail showroom operations as needed
  • Occasionally make outbound customer follow-up calls
  • Build positive relationships with customers through excellent service
