ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2024 and we’re a growing team of three focused on building something strong from the ground up. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member and also gained leadership experience as a sales manager with AT&T. That background in sales and team leadership helped shape the culture I wanted to build in my own office.

I graduated from the University of North Alabama and have been married for six years. My wife and I have two children and family is a big part of my motivation and leadership style. I stay involved locally as an Ambassador with the Chamber of Commerce and believe strongly in staying connected to the community we serve.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Anthony Fleming - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
