As a Customer Service Representative with the Chad Lucas Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist customers with day-to-day needs such as policy changes, coverage questions, billing, etc
- Address customer needs and identify coverage gaps that may exist
- Discuss additional protection needs such as Life Insurance, Supplemental Health, & Short-Term Disability
- Understand the dynamics of each household through their family, work, and financials
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Property & Casualty License Preferred but not Required, must be able to obtain
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
