Our agency opened in October 2023 and is a growing team with exciting opportunities ahead. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent seven years as a team member, building a strong foundation in customer service and operations.
I’m a Clemson University graduate, a longtime resident of the Upstate, and have been married for 13 years with two sons and two dogs. My family and I enjoy camping and spending time outdoors.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Michael Strawhorn - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
