As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Michelle McBroom - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, directing them to the appropriate team member or department.
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing a positive first impression.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Perform general service tasks as assigned, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Run errands as needed to support office operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
