What the Role Is

The customer service representative position is responsible for providing customer service assistance to customers via chat or phone calls. This is a pivotal position for the organization. The customer service representative will help assist our customer base within all markets and in a wide range of areas within the company. We are looking for a self-driven individual with a cool head during problem solving. Along with someone that has learned the right characteristics to show empathy to all our customers. What You�ll Be Doing

• Takes inbound calls from customers
• Engages in chat conversations with customers
• Determines/understands customers� needs with strong objection/response handling.
• Manages customer queries/complaints.
• Explains the services available
• Processes customer refunds, orders and payments.
• Maintains customer database: updates data and makes necessary changes.
• Research and resolve customer disputes
• Assists with month end processes
• Matches invoices to customer vouchers/purchase orders/invoices
• Assist with inventory control
• Encourages customers to purchase additional products.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Partners with members of other departments to provide support
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Preferred 1 - 2 years previous customer service experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum Age: 18 years old.
• Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days and evenings, Monday through Friday

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Must be able to work for extended periods on a computer and handle sensitive data with confidentiality.

Pay Transparency

Base Pay: $17.50 - 18.00/hour

The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on relevant experience and geographic location. This role is eligible to earn a weekly sales commission and monthly membership retention bonus based on individual performance.
