Customer Service Representative – TopRx

Join the customer care team at TopRx, a Memphis-based leader in generic pharmaceutical distribution since 1987! Position Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative at TopRx, you'll be the friendly voice our independent pharmacy partners rely on. You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, provide order support, and ensure customer satisfaction with efficiency and care. This role is all about empathy, problem-solving, and relationship building—with a bit of multitasking wizardry thrown in. 


Schedule:  10 am - 7 pm (Monday thru Friday), to include a rotating half-day shift on Saturdays.

Requirements

 What You'll Be Doing

• Responding to inbound calls from independent pharmacies placing orders or seeking support.

• Using our software to place and manage orders by phone and online.

• Reaching out proactively to provide updates, track shipments, or resolve issues.

• Solving problems efficiently using the latest tools and a helpful attitude.

• Collaborating with team members and staying current through ongoing training.

Position Qualifications

• Passion for delivering great service and solving problems.

• Dependability and accountability.

• Knowledgeable with Microsoft Suite of products including Work and Outlook, Excel is a plus.

• Experience in a call center or customer service setting preferred.

• Strong listening skills and a desire to help.
