Essential Duties and Responsibilities for Quality:
•Enter and monitor customer orders and ensure orders ship in a timely manner
•Monitor status of orders and coordinate with production and customers
•Handle customer inquiries and complaints
•Provide information about the orders, products and services
•Monitor and adjust stock levels for customers
•Troubleshoot and resolve order and product issues and concerns
•Document and update customer records based on interactions
•Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services and manufacturing processes at TSG Resolute
•Cycle count raw materials
Skills and Qualifications:
•Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
•Ability to build rapport with clients
•Ability to prioritize and multitask
•Positive and professional demeanor
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Computer knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel
Education and Experience:
•At least two years of related work experience.
•A high school diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred or post-secondary certificate.
