Job Description
Customer Service Representative 

Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM | 


Are you a problem-solver with a passion for helping customers? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where every detail matters? Vulcan Signs is looking for a Customer Service Representative who’s ready to make an impact and keep things moving!  As the primary contact for our customers, you’ll play a key role in making sure orders are processed accurately, issues are resolved efficiently, and every interaction leaves a positive impression. This role goes beyond handling request, it’s about building relationships, finding solutions, and being a reliable part of a fast-paced manufacturing team.
 
What You’ll Do:

Respond to phone and email inquiries with accuracy, professionalism, and a positive attitude


Provide clear, up-to-date information on products, pricing, lead times, and order status


Help customers place orders, and resolve any shipping or service issues


Maintain and update customer records in our PLEX ERP system


Collaborate across departments to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and on time


Keep clear documentation for tracking and follow-up

What Makes You a Great Fit:

1+ years of professional customer service (preferably in manufacturing or industrial sales)


High school diploma or equivalent required


Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills


Able to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment


Proficiency in Microsoft Office


A team player with a proactive attitude who also works well independently
