West Shore Home is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to support our Richfield branch. In this role, you’ll work directly with customers to resolve post-installation service needs, coordinate service appointments, and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
This is a fast-paced customer service role focused on communication, problem-solving, and relationship building.
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Assist customers with post-installation service requests
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate necessary follow-up
- Order replacement parts through manufacturers when needed
- Communicate schedule updates and service timelines to customers
- Escalate urgent customer concerns to branch leadership when appropriate
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Positive, solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service experience preferred
