Job Description

Position Summary



We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of office experience, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude. This position plays a key role in supporting customers by processing orders, answering phones, assisting walk-in customers, and handling account payments. The successful candidate will also be willing to take on additional projects and responsibilities as needed.



Schedule




  • Monday through Friday

  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • One-hour lunch break



Responsibilities




  • Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

  • Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service.

  • Assist walk-in customers with inquiries, product information, and order placement.

  • Process payments on customer accounts and maintain accurate records.

  • Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.

  • Maintain organized customer files and documentation.

  • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.

  • Perform general office and administrative duties as assigned.

  • Assist with special projects and additional responsibilities as business needs require.
