Responsibilities

- Assist clients through the tax preparation process
- Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships
- Market services professionally and consistently
- Support onboarding and document collection
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality

- Build and retain client relationships
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer service experience required
- Tax preparation experience strongly preferred
- Existing client portfolio/client base is a major plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
