Key Responsibilities
Customer Support Excellence:
- Use customer service management software to handle customer tickets and inquiries promptly.
Respond to and resolve customer phone calls with professionalism and care.
Process returns and replacements while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
Special Customer Care:
Handpick items for high-profile customers and influencers to deliver personalized service.
Validate shipping addresses to reduce delivery issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Shipping/Fulfillment:
- May include using scanners to ship out products and print labels, among other duties
Requirements
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in various business software, including Shopify. Must be tech savvy and eager to learn new systems and tools
- Works with third party team on shipping claims
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of backend inventory management to keep product listings accurate and up to date.
Product Knowledge : Master the details of Carnivore Snax’s sourcing methods, product offerings, and programs like Subscribe & Save and Hunt Memberships to drive engagement and increase membership
Operational Support : Assist in fulfillment operations, including picking and packing orders during peak times or as needed
- Must be detailed oriented with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Summary
The Customer Support Specialist is a problem solver with a passion for providing outstanding service. This position is skilled at multi-tasking and comfortable with a mix of customer interface as well as operational tasks. The primary focus of this position will be Customer Support with the expectation of assisting the Shipping Department as needed.
This shift is scheduled Friday through Monday from 7:30am-12:30pm, with Sunday being the day working in Shipping.
