Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage client expectations and delivery of services to expatriate assignees of corporate clients 
Direct assignee/ client Interactions and lead client calls; Proactively identify and communicate out-of-scope services to the client
Approve/sign-off cost projections, expatriate-related payroll allowances, split payroll and shadow payroll compensation, impute updates for employer-provided benefits in kind, perform review/calculations and CSOE’s. Have hands on experience in CoC applications 
Prepare Billing invoices for respective engagements, Identify out of scope services to bill
Prepare annual KGS engagement budget and appropriate resource planning
Active involvement in MCS recruitment as required
Proactively schedule and drive meeting with engagement team to discuss status of activities of engagements, penetration, team utilization and planning
Ensure that team meets budget and turn around time and communicate with management where gaps are identified
Quality control, Monitor and Analyze feedbacks received for your teams and implement strategies accordingly to work on efficiencies in challenging areas
Employee Performance evaluations to be conducted in accordance to the firm’s goals and value

Qualifications

Educational qualifications 
Minimum Master Degree from reputable universities with excellent academic result, majoring in Accounting or Finance
The candidate must have 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a Big 4 Firm
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software programs, including spreadsheet programs (i.e. Excel)., Knowledge in Alteryx, Gen AI tools
Proficiency in managing assignment payroll and other services
Understanding of Broad exposure to income taxation and knowledge of tax regulations
