  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related field with specialization in data science or analytics from an accredited institution or equivalent 
  • Familiarity with energy trading and risk management tools, including market analysis, portfolio optimization, scheduling, settlements, and risk assessment applications 
  • You have demonstrated experience in formulating and solving optimization, machine learning, forecasting, and statistical modeling problems such as regression, segmentation, survival analysis, principal component analysis, or neural networks 
  • Possess strong programming skills in Python and/or R, with proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of databases, stored procedures, and data quality or extract-transform-load concepts 
  • Skilled in data visualization and dashboard tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc. 
  • You have experience working with large language models, generative artificial intelligence technologies, and deploying machine learning or AI solutions into production 
  • Exhibit excellent communication and data storytelling skills to clearly convey complex solutions to diverse stakeholders and leadership 
  • Thrive in collaborative environments and bring your unique perspective to a team that values diversity, equity, and inclusion 
  • You have the willingness to travel domestically or internationally as required
