Job Description

Eagle Harbor, LLC, is subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a Feder Contracting leader is looking for a Data Stager to support our client Columbia, SC

 

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, develop, and make available a script that links Master Scenario Event List (MSEL) training injects to standard business processes (e.g. battle drills) and auto-generate electronic supporting documents that are stored and exercised by Ultimate Training Environment System (UTES).

  • Stage data for all institutional and operational exercises including but not limited to Diamond Saber, Finance & Controller (FC) units Field Training Exercises (FTXs) and External Evaluations (EXEVALS), Warfighters, S-8 and G-8, Mission Readiness Exercise (MRE), Reserve/National Guard Annual Training, and Observer Controller/Support to White Cell activities. Such script may be required to link to a graphical user-interface, which allows the user/trainer/trainee to determine which MSEL will be injected and what data will be staged.

  • The Data Stager directly supports MSEL/training inject design, development and implementation, and MSEL version control.

  • Data Stager uses subject matter expertise to conduct script-building activities associated with connecting video and interactive training software tools with training exercise, standard business processes (e.g. Battle Drill), or other like requirements in milSuite, SharePoint or other web-based medium.

  • The Data Stager is responsible for provisioning trainees in the GFEBS training instance/“sandbox” prior to and during the conduct of institutional and operational [home station] training, and individual training.

  • The Data Stager is required to use subject matter expertise to advise the government on new and emerging technologies to enhance UTES, as well as fully participate in workgroup/shops with other FC organizations (e.g. USAFMCOM, GFEBS PM, ASA (FM&C)) to help development requirements and to help bring new initiatives to fruition.

  • The Data Stager ‘flexes’ hours to provide dedicated UTES/Exercise help-desk support as required.

  • The Data Stager may be required to travel to provide on-site support to facilitate, execute, train and communicate UTES across the Army irrespective of the component, organization or location.

  • The Data Stager supports the design and development of training products (e.g. writing and dictating narrative for Battle Drill/Transaction ID processing and associated storyboards).

  • The Data Stager is responsible for supporting the use of UTES in conjunction with the Financial Management Tactical Platform (FMTP) and eCommerce hardware and software in the institutional and operational domains.

  • The Data Stager executes tasks that support the FCS as needed.

  • Data Stagers will also be used to assist with other training development, products and processes as it relates to other FC training and education products as long as it does not interfere with the established GFEBS/ERP related deliverables.

 

Requirements:

  • US Citizen
  • Ability to obtain/maintain a Secret level clearance
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
  • Bachelors degree - Finance major preferred
  • Must have advanced proficiency with MS Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
