Job Skills / Requirements

The Janitorial Staff is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the commercial office facility, ensuring a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and clients.

Responsibilities: 

• Clean and sanitize offices, workstations, meeting rooms, break rooms, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and maintain floors and surfaces.
• Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces, including door handles, counters, desks, and light switches.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly.
• Clean glass doors, windows, and interior partitions as needed.
• Restock restroom supplies and maintain sanitary conditions.
• Follow company cleaning procedures and safety standards.
• Properly use and store cleaning equipment and janitorial supplies.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns when identified.
• Ensure the facility remains clean, organized, and ready for daily business operations.

  

Requirements: 

• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.
• Previous experience in commercial cleaning preferred.

Schedule:

• Day Porter: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Cleaner 1: Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Cleaner 2: Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
