Diehl Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Grove City is seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Parts Counterperson to join our busy dealership parts department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with automotive parts experience, strong customer service skills, and knowledge of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram parts and accessories.

Responsibilities

Assist technicians, service advisors, and retail customers with parts requests
Look up OEM and aftermarket parts using electronic catalogs
Order, receive, and stock automotive parts and accessories
Maintain accurate inventory records
Process invoices, returns, and warranty parts
Ensure timely delivery of parts to the service department
Provide outstanding customer service at the parts counter and over the phone

Qualifications

Previous automotive parts experience preferred
CDJR (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram) parts knowledge is a plus
Familiarity with dealership management systems and electronic parts catalogs
Strong computer and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license required
