Brenz Pizza Co. is looking for full-time and part-time Delivery Drivers to join our Dublin shop.

We are looking for energetic, hardworking, and reliable drivers to deliver our award-winning pizzas, subs, salads, and other menu items to guests in the Dublin area.

What You’ll Do

Delivery Drivers help make sure our guests receive great food and great service. Responsibilities include:

Deliver orders safely, accurately, and on time
Provide friendly, professional service to every guest
Help keep food hot, organized, and handled with care
Check orders for accuracy before leaving the store
Navigate the Dublin area efficiently
Communicate clearly with team members and managers
Assist with in-store tasks between deliveries
Help with cleaning, dishes, restocking, boxing, and closing tasks as needed
Follow Brenz food safety, cleanliness, and service standards

The right person for this role is dependable, friendly, and responsible. Since drivers are often the face of Brenz to our guests, we are looking for people who are upbeat, polite, and professional.

Ideal candidates will have:

A positive attitude
Safe driving habits
Strong reliability and punctuality
Good communication skills
Basic math skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
A team-first mindset
Friendly guest service skills
Knowledge of the Dublin area, or the ability to navigate it well

Requirements

Applicants must have:

Must be at least 18 years old
Valid driver’s license
Clean driving record
Reliable, insured vehicle to use for deliveries
Current auto insurance
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift during a shift
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
Availability to work nights and weekends as needed
Professional appearance and attitude

Prior delivery or restaurant experience is helpful, but not required. We are willing to train the right person.

Pay

Our Delivery Drivers have earned up to $33 per hour with tips.

Compensation: $11.00 - $20.00 per hour
