Position Summary
The Delivery Driver is responsible for the accurate, efficient, and timely
delivery of cafe and wholesale orders, helping maintain a smooth flow of products between the
roastery and our stores.
Responsibilities
● Stage, load, and transport cafe and wholesale orders for to cafe and wholesale partners
● Verify deliveries at each stop and communicate discrepancies or issues
● Communicate clearly with store teams and roastery staff throughout the shift
● Identify and report operational or delivery-related issues
● Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles and working space
Qualifications
● Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (CDL not required)
● Strong organization, communication, and time management skills
● Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
● Previous delivery, warehouse, or logistics experience is a plus but not required
Physical Requirements
● Frequent lifting, carrying, and moving of coffee, supplies and equipment
● Ability to safely load and unload delivery vehicles
● Ability to stand, bend and move throughout the shift
● Comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions
