Jimmy John’s is all about doing your job with 100% integrity and our goal is to have deliveries “out the door in 4” minutes or in no more than 10 minutes. While in-shop, waiting for a delivery, drivers are required to help customers on the register, answer phones, complete cleaning tasks and should assist in helping fulfill in-shop/pickup and delivery orders. DRIVERS ARE REQUIRED TO ANSWER THE PHONE BEFORE ANYONE ELSE, that does mean in shop or management.

HOURLY starting at $12 plus tips
Responsibilities, include:
- Completing driver safety course after MVR approval
- Answering phones with proper customer service
- Drivers are always first to answer phones, no more than 3 rings
- Knows all our sandwiches
- Can be a register Rockstar, upselling with every customer
- Ability to make sandwiches as needed
- Being fast on their feet, but not on the road
- Are capable of handling catering orders no matter how large with proper integrity. (i.e. no mayo, proper quantity usage, delay dates/instructions for drivers)
Also, make sure you are getting proper instructions for yourself or other drivers
- Gate codes
- Suite numbers, Building and Apartment numbers
- Proper phone numbers to reach customers
- Correct Addresses
