We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting goods and packages to customers in a timely, courteous, and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent driving skills, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to manage delivery schedules efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver products to customers at designated locations.
• Review and verify delivery orders for accuracy before departure.
• Plan routes efficiently and follow scheduled delivery timelines.
• Load and unload products, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
• Obtain customer signatures upon delivery and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel usage.
• Inspect and maintain delivery vehicle, reporting any issues promptly.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures.
• Communicate with dispatch or management regarding delays, issues, or delivery updates.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role preferred.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to lift and carry packages up to [insert weight, e.g. 50 lbs].
• Familiarity with GPS devices, mapping apps, and route planning.
