Delta Health System is seeking a dedicated Patient Service Representative to join our patient-focused team.

Requirements:
 

• Schedules patients appropriately allowing sufficient clinic time.
• Arranges for the efficient and orderly admission of patients
• Ensures that accurate patient information is obtained, co-payments are collected, and billing information is provided
• High School Diploma / GED required
• Front office experience in a physicians office or similar setting.
• Computer experience preferred
• Medical terminology preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Must be well organized and possess good time management skills
