Job Description

Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive services to the Illinois Department of Corrections. We are currently seeking a Per Diem Dental Assistant (DA) to join our team at Pontiac CC in Pontiac, Illinois. 




The Dental Assistant works under the direct supervision of the Dentist and/or Dental Hygienist in chairside dentistry in a correctional setting. Essential duties include the following:




  • Preparing and sterilizing dental instruments

  • Preparing and maintaining the dental operatory

  • Operating radiographic equipment

  • Administrative tasks as needed




Pay rate: $21.60/hr PRN rate + PRN differential
