Description
As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our doctors and ensuring a smooth, comfortable experience for our patients. You’ll assist with clinical procedures, maintain a sterile and organized environment, and provide excellent chairside support while creating a positive and professional atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare operatory and instruments for dental procedures
- Assist the dentist during a wide variety of procedures including fillings, crowns, extractions, and implant surgeries
- Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols
- Take digital X-rays and intraoral photos
- Maintain accurate patient records and charting
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and postoperative care instructions
- Support front desk when needed with scheduling and patient communication
- Maintain a clean and organized clinical space at all times
Qualifications:
- Dental Assistant certification (preferred, not required)
- X-ray certification in the State of Michigan
- Minimum of 1 year of chairside experience preferred, but new graduates with the right attitude are welcome
- Strong understanding of dental terminology and instruments
- Familiarity with Eaglesoft software is a plus
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills

Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available. Office hours are Monday through Friday with some flexibility.
