We’re hiring an energetic and patient-focused Endodontic Dental Assistant to support our specialty dental team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, loves helping people, and wants opportunities to grow professionally within a leading Dental Group.
What You’ll Do
- Assist the Endodontist during root canals and specialty procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and dental materials
- Take digital X-rays and CBCT imaging in accordance with state guidelines
- Provide exceptional chairside support during procedures
- Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for
- Maintain sterilization and infection control standards
- Document patient information accurately in electronic dental records
- Support smooth patient flow and efficient scheduling
- Collaborate with a positive and team-oriented clinical environment
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong team mindset
- Dental assisting experience preferred
- Endodontic experience is a plus, but we’re open to training the right person
- Radiology certification preferred
- Comfortable using technology and digital charting systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and move throughout the clinic for extended periods
- Frequent bending, reaching, and chairside assisting during procedures
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Manual dexterity to handle dental instruments and equipment
- Ability to wear PPE for extended periods of time
- Strong visual acuity for detailed clinical procedures
