Position Summary

The Dental Assistant plays a key role in supporting our dentists and hygienists while helping create a smooth, efficient, and positive patient experience.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, team-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality care every day.


What You’ll Do

Chairside Assistance

  • Assist the dentist during procedures, ensuring efficiency and patient comfort
  • Manage instruments, suctioning, and procedure flow

Patient Care & Experience

  • Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
  • Help create a calm, positive experience for every patient

X-Rays & Clinical Support

  • Capture high-quality dental X-rays while following safety protocols
  • Support clinical procedures with accuracy and attention to detail

Patient Education

  • Guide patients on oral hygiene, post-operative care, and treatment expectations
  • Reinforce trust through clear, supportive communication

Records & Systems

  • Accurately update patient charts and documentation in EHR systems
  • Maintain strong attention to detail with all clinical records

Infection Control

  • Follow strict sterilization and OSHA protocols to ensure a safe environment

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with the dental team to maintain smooth patient flow
  • Support scheduling and daily operations as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • X-ray certification (required)
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Dental Assistant
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organization and multitasking ability
  • Solid understanding of dental procedures and instruments
  • Commitment to high standards in infection control and patient care
