Are you an experienced Dental Assistant who takes pride in exceptional patient care and a smoothly running clinic? We're looking for a skilled, motivated DA to join our Gastonia team at Dentistry of the Carolinas - a growing, patient-centered practice committed to excellence and a supportive work environment.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with crowns & bridgework, extractions, restorative procedures, impressions, and fabricating temporaries
  • Deliver confident four-handed dentistry and anticipate the doctor's needs
  • Build real rapport with patients and make their experience comfortable and positive
  • Maintain treatment rooms, manage inventory, and support smooth daily clinic flow
  • Perform accurate lab work and equipment maintenance

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on dental assisting experience
  • Dental Assisting, CPR, and X-ray certifications preferred
  • Familiarity with Open Dental or similar software and digital radiography a plus
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is a true team player
