Qualifications

  • Dental Experience: New Graduates are encourage to apply.
  • State of Ohio Radiology License is required.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Denticon dental software systems is a plus.
  • Effective Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with patients and team members.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships.

  • Monday thru Thursday 7:45AM to 5:15 PM, Some Occasional Fridays until noon. No Weekends or Evenings.

  • Requirements:
  • Chairside Assistance: Provide expert support during dental procedures, anticipating the dentist's needs and ensuring patient comfort.
  • Infection Control: Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control protocols.
  • Patient Records: Maintain accurate patient records, including medical history and treatment details, in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Polishing Assistance: Support the dentist during the polishing process to enhance patient comfort and safety. Take all required X-rays. Apply Fluoride.
  • Patient Communication: Explain procedures to patients and address any concerns effectively.
  • Treatment Environment: Ensure a clean and organized treatment area, restocking supplies and equipment as needed.
