In this role, you will be a key part of the clinical team, working chairside with dental providers to ensure efficient, safe, and respectful care for every patient. Requirements
n this role, you will;
- Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques
- Prepare and maintain operatories, instruments, and materials for patient care
- Take digital radiographs and support accurate patient documentation
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control and sterilization protocols (OSHA, CDC, ADA)
- Support patient flow, including seating, preparation, and communication during visits
- Perform dental lab tasks such as impressions and model preparation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked clinical environment
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling and answering phones as needed
- Provide coverage for team absences as available
Summary
This is a part-time, flexible opportunity designed to provide consistency while allowing for work-life balance.
Schedule
- 20 hours per week
- Two 8-hour days (set schedule once selected)
- One additional 4-hour block scheduled flexibly
- Opportunity to pick up additional hours covering absences
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Dental assisting experience or formal training
- CPR certification
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of dental assisting experience
- Experience with Dentrix or Eaglesoft
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
