At Flagship Dental Group, we know a great Dental Assistant is essential to delivering an exceptional patient experience — and we believe great teams deserve a great work environment. Join a well-established practice with Dr. Mali and fully staffed clinical and administrative teams. You’ll have a consistent schedule with no weekends or late nights, so you can enjoy better work-life balance while doing what you love. This role is part-time to start with the potential to become full-time in August.

In this role, you’ll play an essential part in supporting high-quality patient care, helping appointments run smoothly, and creating a welcoming, comfortable experience for every patient. If you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and enjoy working closely with patients, we’d love to meet you.

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8:30 am - 5 pm

Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming and positive experience for patients by helping them feel comfortable and informed throughout their dental visit

  • Assist the General Dentist during a variety of dental procedures, including restorative treatment, crown and bridge work, fillings, extractions, root canals, hygiene support, and other general dental treatments

  • Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials to ensure appointments run efficiently and on schedule

  • Take diagnostic records, including digital x-rays, intraoral photos, scans, and impressions as needed

  • Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and preventive dental health to support positive outcomes

  • Monitor patient flow and work closely with the clinical team to maintain an efficient schedule and minimize wait times

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and update patient records as needed

  • Follow all infection control, sterilization, OSHA, and HIPAA protocols to ensure a safe clinical environment

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment area

  • Collaborate closely with the dental team to support exceptional patient care and day-to-day office operations

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

This is an opportunity to join a well-established, team-oriented dental practice where your role is essential to delivering exceptional patient care and supporting a positive office culture.
