Dental Assistant � Full Time

Northwestern Dental Center is seeking an experienced Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our team in Chicago. This position offers a consistent schedule, competitive pay, and the opportunity to work in a well-established, patient-focused practice.

About the Role

As a Dental Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the provider and ensuring a smooth, high-quality patient experience. We are looking for someone dependable, skilled, and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities

  • Chairside assisting during dental procedures
  • Preparing treatment rooms and instruments
  • Assisting the doctor with clinical procedures
  • Supporting patient flow and comfort throughout visits
  • Maintaining sterilization and infection control standards
  • Collaborating with the dental team to ensure efficient daily operations

Schedule

Full Time

  • Monday: 7:00 AM � 5:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 7:00 AM � 5:00 PM
  • Thursday: 7:00 AM � 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 7:00 AM � 4:00 PM

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Dental Assistant
  • Strong clinical assisting skills
  • Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
