Wilmington Family Dental is growing! We are looking to add a full-time Dental Assistant to our team to support our continued growth and patient demand.
We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and patient-focused Dental Assistant who enjoys working in a collaborative and positive environment.
Full-Time: 4 days per week (Monday–Thursday)
What You’ll Do

  • Assist the Dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
  • Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories
  • Take dental radiographs as needed
  • Support patient comfort and education throughout appointments
  • Maintain accurate clinical notes and documentation
  • Collaborate with a supportive clinical team to deliver excellent patient care

What We’re Looking For
  • Prior Dental Assisting experience required
  • Massachusetts Dental Assistant license required
  • X-ray certification required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and team-first mentality
  • Commitment to providing exceptional patient experiences
