Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead the daily operations of the dental front office. 
  • Deliver exceptional customer service from check-in through check-out. 
  • Schedule patients and optimize the daily schedule. 
  • Verify dental insurance benefits and explain treatment recommendations. 
  • Coordinate patient flow and maintain an efficient schedule. 
  • Support administrative operations and office performance. 
  • Foster a positive, professional, team-oriented culture. 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of dental front office experience (Required) 
  • Minimum 2 years of dental office management experience (Required) 
  • Experience with dental insurance verification (Required) 
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills 
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, digital dental office 
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred 
  • Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
