Description
- Responsible for the processing and settlement of all Automated Clearinghouse transactions, as well as notifications of change and return of ACH transactions as needed.
- Interacts with branch offices and customers relative to areas of concern involving checking and savings accounts.
- Controls the processing of all in-clearing and transit items.
- Processes all exception items.
- Coordinates return items with branch managers and sends notices to customers.
- Assists with ATM processing.
- Conduct day-to-day operations in accordance with the laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and expectations of the Bank. Compliance will be recognized as part of the period performance review; noncompliance may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
Requirements
- Three years of branch management related experience.
- Proficient computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet analysis.
- Knowledge of PC-based teller and platform systems.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
