ABOC is hiring a Deposit Services Utility Clerk. This position is responsible for processing non-post, exception items and assisting with various deposit services products and procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs report updates in accordance with scheduled maintenance (including credit monitoring and remote deposit spreadsheets.
- Verifies authorizations for ACH overages from account officers.
- Maintains monthly ALCO report.
- Balances transactions to revenue numbers for MagicWrighter (MGW) E-funds for schools, municipalities and corporations and processes MW ACH return log daily.
- Checks daily for new accounts and inputs information on New Holds spreadsheet.
- Notifies officers for non-post and restricted items via email communication
- Acts as back-up to electronic lockbox and document scanning.
- Completes special assignments as directed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Four (4) years of business operations experience which demonstrates knowledge of deposit services practices and procedures
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with general data entry practices and procedures.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Microsoft 365 experience.
